Our ethos is based on locality and local people. We have no wish to be the biggest company with the most customers making the most money – we just want to be the best. We want to hold a reputation as a moral company with real values and a customer experience that is second to none.
It’s not a marketing gimmick either; we have created a pillar in our head office that enables our engineers to get direct customer feedback from their latest installs.
A customer being ‘satisfied’ is not enough for BASI, we want to them to ‘Feel the Love’ – we look to go above and beyond so that following an install or boiler service they are delighted with the whole experience.
Our team of engineers take an hour out every week to discuss feedback they’ve received and the things we need to do more of and the things that we can improve upon. This procedure assists us in tailoring our service as we look to build on the great feedback we continue to receive.
Jaspal Singh is delighted with the feedback from customers and says that he is happy to be small fish, so long as the company’s reputation is unrivalled:
