What it is like to work here
Every BASI engineer is employed full-time and uniformed. You do the job from survey to handover and you stand behind it, because the company does. There is no commission-chasing and no pressure to upsell a customer who does not need it, which is exactly why customers keep coming back and the work stays steady.
Who we look for
We hire people who are hardworking, tidy and straight with customers. Gas Safe registration and time-served experience matter, but so does the attitude: turn up when you say you will, explain what you are doing, and leave the home as you found it. If that sounds like how you already work, you will fit in well.
