How long does a bathroom installation take?
A small en-suite refresh is typically 5 to 7 working days, a full family bathroom 7 to 10, and a luxury master with full re-routing of pipework 10 to 14. We confirm the exact timescale in your fixed-price quote, and we stick to it.
What is included in the fixed price?
Everything including all sanitaryware, labour and materials. The price includes strip-out, disposal, plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics, joinery, paint and silicone. The only extras you would ever pay for are non-standard work flagged at survey, always agreed before any work starts.
Can I supply my own fittings?
Yes, many customers do, especially for designer taps and shower heads. We will adjust the quote accordingly and check the items are suitable before we start. If we supply, you benefit from our trade discount and we warranty the fittings as well as the install.
Do you handle plastering and electrics too?
Yes. We are a single team of multi-skilled fitters. Tiling, plastering, joinery, plumbing and Part P electrics are all done by our own employees, never subcontracted. One company, one quote, one point of contact.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every install comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty backed by 30 years of trading.
Is finance available?
