Our leadership rejects the pursuit of being the largest company in favour of being the best. We have no wish to be the biggest company with the most customers making the most money, we just want to be the best. To enable direct feedback, we installed a feedback system at headquarters so engineers can collect customer responses immediately after installations.

We distinguish between mere satisfaction and genuine delight. Engineers dedicate weekly time to discussing customer feedback and identifying service improvements.
