Not only that, but our installations only take around 8 hours. Meaning we’ll be out of your hair before you know it, leaving you to enjoy your cosy new home.
Here’s a step by step guide as to what you can expect during a BASI boiler installation:
1. Call ahead
On the day of your installation, we’ll give you a call in advance to let you know we’re on our way. You’ll already know who to expect as we’ll have sent you an email with photos of your engineers.
2. Arrival
Your engineers will arrive and say hello – we work in pairs to get things done faster – and they’ll talk you through the work.
3. Protecting your home
Once you’re happy, we’ll cover your carpets and protect your surfaces and furniture before getting started.
4. Getting to work
Your engineers will work carefully and efficiently. If you need to pop-out – that’s fine – we’ll keep you up to date by text on any key developments.
5. Tidying up
At the end of the day, your engineers will tidy everything away and leave your house exactly as they found it – aside from your brand new boiler.
6. Demonstration
On completing, they will demonstrate your new system, explain its controls and answer any questions you may have. They won’t leave until you’re happy with everything.
7. Follow-up call
After leaving you with all your relevant documents, we’ll check in with you a few days later to make sure everything is as it should be.
