What happens after you request

  1. Within one working day: we call to confirm your details and walk through which plan fits.
  2. Plan check: we look at your boiler age, system type and what you’ve had done recently, then recommend Smart Care 100, 200 or 300. If you don’t need cover, we’ll tell you.
  3. Direct Debit setup: confirmed by phone, first payment one month after sign-up. No fees, cancel any time.
