Over at Basi Heating HQ we were delighted to welcome the training staff from leading domestic heating manufacturer Worcester Bosch as they gave our team some valuable updates on all the latest developments in their heating products. From inside the Worcester Bosch training van, our heating engineers were able to gain first hand knowledge of all the features and energy efficiency benefits with Bosch’s new boilers as well as ensure they were well up to speed with compliance and regulations.
Our customer care team were also able to gain some valuable knowledge of the products and features which will mean they can continue to serve our customers with accurate and up to the minute information on Basi Heating’s range of Worcester Bosch products.
