We are committed to providing the very best customer experience throughout each of these five steps:
1: Arrange an appointment
Our friendly customer service representative will arrange a convenient appointment time, so that one of our highly-experienced heating advisors can come and visit you in your own home.
2: Heating assessment
A trained heating advisor will visit your home to discuss your requirements and conduct a comprehensive assessment of your current heating system. Armed with this information, they will talk you through a number of different product options, explaining everything in plain English before giving a detailed quotation which will highlight the equipment to be installed and the work that will be carried out.
3: Installation
Once you are happy with our recommendations, we will arrange an installation date. A uniformed BASI engineer will call when he is on his way and will arrive in a smart BASI van, with his ID badge in hand.
Our engineers take great care to protect carpets and work surfaces, cleaning up all the mess when they are finished.
4: Boiler demonstration
Once your installation is complete, the engineer will show you what he has done and how to operate the new boiler and any external thermostatic controls. He will not leave until you are satisfied with the work and how to use your new equipment.
You will be left with all the relevant documentation, which you will need if you ever sell your home and you will receive your gas safe certificate through the post shortly after installation.
5: After sales service
You will receive a follow-up call from our dedicated customer care team after the installation to make sure you are completely happy with your experience and your new equipment.
We will also talk you through the guarantees that come with your equipment and how to ensure they stay valid for the duration of the warranty period.
Rest assured your new boiler comes with up to 10 years parts and labour warranty and BASI is here 365 days of the year if something goes wrong.
