At BASI we are all about local. We have been serving the people of West Yorkshire for over two decades, and as a local company we are proud to be the main sponsor of Albion Sports Football Club for the last 15 years.
We have had a long standing association with the club as BASI founder Kultar Singh played for, captained and managed the club over the years and is now the club’s chairman.
Our relationship with the team is without doubt more of a family than that of a sponsorship and many of our staff have played for the team over the years, including our current office manager Steve Pattison.
From modest beginnings we have watched the team grow to become a semi-pro club enjoying games at Ibrox, Celtic Park, Anfield and a friendly at Bradford City.
The relationship between BASI and Albion Sports continues to thrive with engineer Alex Cusack currently playing for the team and the manager, Kully Sandhu, a surveyor for us on the ECO free boiler scheme.
The Lions currently sit 10th in the Northern Counties East Football League Table Premier Division, but having won their last two games they are looking to push on towards the top of the table – and we’ll be cheering them on all the way!
