Thank you for booking your annual boiler and fire service appointment, in order to ensure that your appointment is secured, please complete the payment to take advantage of our special offer price of just £120.00.

All payments are processed securely through WorldPay and are subject to our terms and conditions.

After completing the payment, your appointment will be added to our system and our team of fully Gas Safe registered engineers will be instructed to attend your property on the date you have requested, ensuring that once again BASI Heating are continuing to provide our customers with a superior level of service.

Once your appointment has been added to our schedule, one of our helpful staff will call to confirm your booking and provide you with any information you need to know before we attend your property.

Don’t forget that we are just a phone call away should you think of any other questions or concerns that you may have prior to your service appointment and we will always try to accommodate for cancellations and booking date changes where possible, in line with our Cancellations and Refunds policy.

Cancellation and Refunds policy

We realise that sometimes things can get in the way of appointments and bookings that you make and that is why we operate a cancellation and refund policy, to ensure that you can feel assured that BASI Heating are the right choice for your home.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that customers provide us with at least 72 hours notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment and we will try to accommodate a new date for your booking based on the dates you have available.

Failure to provide the required notice would result in a loss of appointment and would mean that we would be unfortunately unable to provide either a full or partial refund for the appointment.

Valid refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and payment would be returned to the payment method used.
