Here are the steps we are taking to ensure our customers and staff are safe at all times:
- We will always contact you before arriving at your property to make sure you are not self isolating and that we can work safely.
- Our staff will not be visiting your home if they or a household member are showing symptoms of covid 19 instead they will be following government guidance on self isolation
- Our staff will introduce themselves at a 2m distance and only make essential interaction with you at a safe 2m distance.
- Our staff will maintain good hygiene practices in washing and sanitizing hands regularly, whilst wearing appropriate PPE as necessary.
- Our staff will be working alone where possible, team working will only be used where absolutely necessary and for the minimum time possible.
- Before leaving your property our staff will wipe down everything they have touched with antibacterial wipes.
- They will bid you farewell from a safe 2m distance.
