What to expect
- Your engineer will call ahead to let you know when they will arrive
- On arrival they will explain what they are going to do and make sure that you’re happy with everything
- If you need to leave to go out somewhere, that’s fine, your engineer will update you at the end of the day
- Before we start we cover your carpets and protect furniture and surfaces
- Once the installation is complete, we will clean up any mess with our own vacuum cleaner
- We will then talk you through your new heating system controls and answer any questions
- Before we leave, we will make sure you’re happy with your new system and provide you with all the relevant documentation
- Your Heating Advisor will call you after the installation is complete to make sure that all is well
- Plus, we’re here for you 365 days a year – should you need us for anything else
