5 reasons to invest in a cover plan


People often think that when making a purchase that anything someone tries to sell you on top of that is pure upselling and probably not worth the bother.

You could have the best car in the world, but without a regular service and oil change you’re bound to run into some issues – and potentially costly repairs. A BASI cover plan includes regular servicing, meaning your boiler will continue to run efficiently and so avoiding those costly repairs.

  1. Parts and labour

Our Smart Care cover also includes all parts and labour, so if you do have any problems we can get you back up and running in no time. And no matter what the issue is, there will never be any additional charges for parts or labour.

  1. Day or night

Your boiler doesn’t care whether you’re fast asleep, hosting a dinner party or about to set off to work on a morning. That’s why if your boiler breaks down, we’ll be there to help you when things go wrong – day or night, all you have to do is give us a call.

  1. Unlimited callouts

You don’t have to use us sparingly! If you have any problems at all with your boiler, controls or pipework you can ring us as many times as you need to throughout the year and we will always be only happy to assist you.

  1. Local engineers

Having 35 dedicated local engineers, who install, service and repair boilers and heating systems means that they’re never far away from you should you need us! All of our engineers are highly trained and experts in diagnosing faults and repairing them quickly and efficiently.
